Institutional Assessment Portfolio

The Institutional Assessment Portfolio at Capital links information about strategic planning, academic program review, assessment of student learning and institutional accreditation. By following the hyperlinks, readers can visualize the connections between planning and evaluation in a cycle of continuous improvement. The College created the website for two reasons:

  1. to serve as a forum for community discussion of planning and institutional effectiveness
  2. to participate in the NEASC Pilot Institutional Assessment Portfolio Project.
Certain pages containing information on student body characteristics and performance are restricted to Capital faculty and staff and require a password to access. For further information about the material within this Website, or for permission to access restricted information, please contact Seth Freeman.
