Capital Community College Minority Nursing Mentoring Club is a mentoring program designed to support the success of minority nursing students. The program has been organized to provide additional support, encouragement, and guidance to nursing students as they pursue professional goals as well as support the academic success of minority nursing students at CCC. Students will be paired with a mentor who is either a college or community professional who will be available to provide guidance to their mentee. The club is committed to the development of each member as they experience challenges in their current role as a nursing student and later as they transition to a registered nurse.
