Please have your Banner ID number, a printed copy of your class schedule, or a screenshot on your phone.

Lost, Stolen, or Destroyed Cards

There is a $10 replacement fee if your student photo ID is lost, stolen, or destroyed. Please go to the Bursar’s office to pay the $10 replacement fee, and then return with the receipt.
