PRINCIPLES OF MANAGERIAL ACCOUNTING

This course involves accounting procedures leading to the production of internal
reports for use by management of a business. Techniques that allow management
to quantify the outcomes of various alternative business decisions are discussed.
Also covered are different cost accounting systems used to track the cost of a
manufactured product. Formerly listed as ACCT 205, not open to students who have
successfully completed ACCT 205. Prerequisite: ACC* 111 or ACC* 115.
