ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNING II/DETAILING LAB

Students will successfully be able to demonstrate written, drawn, and
communicative skills related to an understanding of basic design concepts applied
to given projects and the integrated design process, charrettes, and sustainable
design considerations for building interiors and exteriors.Students will also
demonstrate their understanding of green building fundamentals by including
interior and exterior designs that maximize natural light, consider priority parking
as an option, and connect smart growth applications in their practice. During this
course students will familiarize themselves with contract documents and LEED
credits. Formerly listed as ARC 2211 not open to students who have successfully
completed ARC 2211. Prerequisite: ARC* 205. Co-requisite: ARC* 207.
