In this class participants will learn appropriate communication approaches to achieve goals and help others. Understand the personality type drivers behind win/lose and lose/win approaches to going after wants. Learn to achieve professional goals and influence others through role plays to bolster skills and promise greater workplace effectiveness for future success.
