Healthcare Provider Certification
This course is designed to provide healthcare professionals the ability to recognize several life-threatening emergencies, provide CPR, use an AED, and relieve choking in a safe, timely and effective manner. The course is intended for healthcare providers, such as EMS personnel, nurses, respiratory therapists, physician assistants, certified nurse aides and others who must have a credential (card) documenting successful completion of a CPR course. Course content includes Basic Life Support (CPR, AED), adult and pediatric CPR, foreign-body airway obstruction and use of automated external defibrillation. Student manuals will be available for students at time of registration and are to be reviewed prior to class.

Heartsaver First Aid/CPR/AED
This course is a classroom, video-based, instructor-led course that teaches students critical skills needed to respond to and manage a first aid, choking or sudden cardiac arrest emergency in the first few minutes until emergency medical services (EMS) arrives. Students learn skills such as how to treat bleeding, sprains, broken bones, shock and other first aid emergencies. This course also teaches adult CPR and AED use.
