CCC Student Ambassador Program

Capital Community College’s Ambassador Program is a volunteer leadership opportunity for students who love the college and are committed to engaging in activities to support the institution.

Activities student ambassadors participate in may include:

  • Conducting campus tours
  • Welcoming various groups to campus
  • Assisting with open houses and recruitment fairs
  • Assisting with any college events
  • Promoting CCC throughout schools and the community
  • Participate in the annual alumni giving phone-a-thon

Benefits of becoming a Student Ambassador:

  • Develop leadership skills that will help build your resume for jobs and further education
  • Gain experience in public relations, central to career advancement
  • Attain more confidence
  • Personal development

Participating students must:

  • Be in good academic standing
  • Be positive and open to learning new things
  • Be nominated by a faculty or staff member
  • Have been enrolled at Capital for a minimum of one semester
  • Participate in an interview
