Scholarships and Course Materials

Capital students live complex lives often juggling full time employment, family, and community commitments. Surveys conducted on our students indicate that the number one factor impeding our students ability to complete their degrees is financial struggles. They are motivated, recognize the difference having a degree will make in their lives however often don’t have the financial means to stay in school. You can make a huge difference today by providing scholarship assistance to support tuition and fees, textbooks, and emergency micro grants.

Emergency Fund

Often times what seems to be a temporary small financial hurdle can derail a students path to graduation. Our CCC Emergency Fund is stop gap support to remove these barriers. Items range from purchasing a laptop to paying a utility bill for the month. Staff ensure that in addition to the short term relief, students are connected to resources to stabilize the situation long term.

Tools and Technology

Having access to technology – hardware, software, and internet access – should not be a barrier for our students. The CCC Foundation works to ensure students have the technology needed to be successful in the classroom. If you would like to give to support our technology loan program, you can give to the CCC Foundation Technology Fund. The CCC Foundation will also accept lightly used laptops capable to operating Windows 10 and Office 365, and other current educational software.
